A research question my Fall 2004 I/O psych class sought to answer: Does work mean something different to college seniors vs freshmen? Is there a difference in the kinds of jobs they hold - the amount of responsibility or decision--making authority they have? Do they perceive their jobs differently - for example, are seniors more likely than freshmen to see their jobs as stepping stones to a career?

I'd be interested in anyone's thoughts about this.
