====Introduction====
**Greetings!**
Thanks for visiting our Wiki! Its pages are full of information for both current students and alumni. If you register, you will be able to add your own pages. You don't have to register to browse many of the pages, **but some are open only to registered users** because their content should be viewed only by members of the college community. To view those pages, or to add your own pages, you must first become a member of the wiki. We have put together a screencast on how to do that and you can find it [[http://www.canisiuspsychology.net/video/wiki.htm Here]]. Also, [[http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100001685164515&sk=info#!/profile.php?id=100001685164515 visit our page]] on Facebook and click on the {{color c="blue" text="Like!"}} button.
Before you leave this page, take a few minutes to view a video on the psychology of living a positive life, courtesy of Martin Seligman, the father of Positive Psychology. Dr. Seligman founded the field of positive psychology in 2000, and he has devoted his career since then to furthering the study of positive emotion, positive character traits, and positive institutions. In his pioneering work, Seligman directs the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania, developing clinical tools and training the next generation of positive psychologists.
