Hi my name is Emily Krezmien. I am a sophomore at Canisius and a Psychology major! I am from Springville NY which is about 40 south of the city. I live here on campus in the Honors House and love it!!
I LOVE working with children and have been in working in a daycare with toddlers since I was 17. I also give swimming lessons to children between the ages of 2 and a half and five. It is so much fun watching kids in the water and helping them overcome their fear. I hope to continue working with children after I am done with my schooling in a school setting or in a hospital.
Another thing that I really love is Canisius! I am so happy to be a student here. I have met so many wonderful people and am really glad that I chose to come here.
I also really like to read. My parents used to read to me all the time when I was little and encouraged me to read on my own as I grew up. It is something that has stuck and now I read all the time. I like reading just about everything, except Science Fiction. I am really excited to begin reading the DaVinci Code, after all the hype I have been hearing, I went out and bought and can't wait to get started!
